WP2 objectives
CORALIS WP2 aims to achieve specific goals for the project. These include:
- Defining a Baseline: This involves establishing a foundation for the project. One key aspect is the definition of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). These KPIs will help track process performance and assess readiness for symbiosis at the demonstration sites.
- Community Building: WP2 seeks to create a Community of Members at each CORALIS site. This community will play a crucial role in characterizing and enhancing the management structure of symbiosis cases.
- Energy and Material Flow Analysis: An essential task is analyzing the flow of energy and material within the demonstrators. Understanding these dynamics is vital for successful symbiosis implementation.
- Evaluation of Symbiosis Practices: WP2 will evaluate existing symbiosis practices to identify successful approaches. Learning from these practices will inform future strategies.
- Creating a Profile: Finally, WP2 will compile a comprehensive profile of the CORALIS demonstrators, emphasizing both barriers and incentives related to symbiosis
WP2 status
As for the project’s baseline, it is inherently finalized. The key conclusions from WP2 activities include defining KPIs for each lighthouse, establishing a governance structure and formulating a readiness level matrix. For more details, check out:

WP2 next steps
Next step will be the implementation of the general learnings, such as how to define KPIs for IS or how to establish a management structure among others.
